Albufeira will host the 12th edition of the World Championship Boat Angling for Clubs between Saturday, October 19 and 26.
The event will see 117 fishermen from 24 clubs and seven countries competing between Albufeira and Armação de Pêra.
The official opening ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, October 20 in front of the town hall at 4pm.
