The houses are designed to blend with the landscape
The municipal council of Alcoutim has approved a public tender for the construction of four single-storey, semi-detached houses near Ermida da Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
The project includes three two-bedroom houses and one one-bedroom house, along with four parking spaces. Designed to blend with the landscape, the building will feature a green roof and earth-toned finishes.
The 18-month project has an estimated cost of €799,500 plus VAT.
