The association will be on the ground floor of the AlgarveShopping this Sunday February 25 with six rescue dogs and a superb photo exhibition of pets available for adoption.

The AlgarveShopping is teaming up once more with Animal Rescue Algarve (ARA) to promote a pet adoption campaign, which will take place in the central area of the ground floor of the shopping centre this Sunday between 10h00 and 17h00.

The initiative aims to promote responsible adoption and offers visitors the opportunity to discover the stars of the association in a photographic exhibition for which the pets posed stylishly for the camera.

In addition to six dogs that will be present today at the shopping centre, those interested in adopting a pet can schedule a visit to the ARA shelter to meet other animals.

The association is dedicated to collecting, rehabilitating and rehoming animals in vulnerable situations and carries out various awareness-raising activities with different communities, making them aware of the importance of responsible adoption.

This is the second time the AlgarveShopping hosts one of these campaigns in the last year. Alongside these initiatives, in 2023, it became a Pet-Friendly shopping centre, allowing pets to accompany their owners during their visit, not only in common areas but also in the various duly indicated stores.
