THE APARTMENT from where Madeleine McCann disappeared is not for sale.
International TV stations reported, earlier this week, that the owners of the Ocean Club apartment were putting it in to the market. Some reports were even saying it had been sold for more than 100.000 euros.
A spokesman for the Ocean Club said the apartment was, in fact, being occupied by English clients at present and that its owners were due to stay there soon.
The McCann’s left the apartment immediately after Madeleine’s disappearance and it remained closed for almost a month while police carried out investigations.
