Emma Hollen and Fiona Bennett set up Algarve Property Management and Rentals last year. With over 15 years experience in this field, they formed a company with a view to offering a totally bespoke and transparent approach to looking after clients’ properties.
All aspects of property management are taken care of, from the day to day running of a property through to obtaining the necessary licence requirements.
“We specialise in the rental of properties both for the short term holiday market as well as long term rentals,” said Fiona Bennett.
“I am encouraged by the level of holiday bookings we have achieved to date. Most of our villas are well on the way to being fully booked for this summer and we are canvassing for more quality property to meet the demand,” said Emma Hollen.
With a number of property owners unable to achieve their required asking price in the current selling market, a number of them are now looking towards long term rentals. “We have been delighted with the number of long let enquiries we have had and now require more property to fill,” concluded Fiona Bennett.
