Organised by afpop, Portugal’s largest association for foreign residents and property owners, BLiP Expo (Better Living in Portugal Exhibition) is now in its 24th year. Lifestyle solutions, products and services, variety and value are all to be found at BliP Expo 2024.
The event’s website Blip-expo.com gives a preview of the wide range of businesses and community projects at this year’s exhibition.
Come along to the Portimão Arena over the weekend of October 12-13 to meet face-to-face with the exhibitors – all in one place with a common theme of “Making Life Better for You in Portugal”.
The Portimão Arena is easy to find off Junction 5 of the A22, or the Portimão Hospital exit off the EN125 and follow the signs. Entry is free and plentiful parking is also free. The opening times of 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday allow visitors plenty of time for a relaxed browse around the stands.
The Arena is a purpose-built exhibition centre, and BLiP is held inside so adverse weather conditions are no excuse not to visit.
There is great variety across nearly 100 exhibitors who will be eagerly waiting to meet you. Many are regular BLiP attendees, and this year they are joined by a great selection of new faces.
We have already been informed of some very attractive promotions being offered during the exhibition and there will be more, so don’t hesitate to ask as you wander around the Arena.

For the last three years, there has been a charities section for organisations that work to help those less fortunate in society. Visit their stands. They will be delighted to tell you what they do to ‘make life better’ for those in need and how you might be able to help.
