A MAN in Canada was arrested when he was spotted suspiciously dragging garbage bags from an apartment to a car in an adjoining alley. Police arrived to question him and were shocked when they found chopped up body parts in the bags. At the time, police were unable to tell whether they belonged to a man or a woman. The case is still being investigated.
