PSD mayor of Braga Ricardo Rio has been made an official suspect (arguido) in an investigation into a trip to the Microsoft headquarters in Seattle (on the invitation of Microsoft) almost a decade ago (January 2014). “At issue”, writes Expresso, “is the undue receipt of advantages for having accepted payment for accommodation and meals to the value of €850”.
