Another ‘shooting incident’ has blighted the suburbs of the capital – this time a 31-year-old Brazilian was shot by a neighbour at the ‘end of Wednesday night’. No motives for the assault have been given. The Brazilian was reportedly transported to Hospital Garcia da Orta, and the 44-year-old neighbour was identified and arrested by GNR police. PJ police are investigating.
