British man ‘reanimated’ after suffering cardiorespiratory collapse on Albufeira beach

A British man, aged 60, collapsed yesterday on Albufeira’s Peneco beach and was ‘re-animated’ by the prompt action of lifeguards and INEM rescue services. Very few details have been given on this incident. It is unclear whether the man was a tourist, whether he had been swimming.
