Viktoria Ganhao’s works are about “abstract perception”
Over 100 distinguished guests turned up for the vernissage of a new temporary art exhibition by independent artist Viktoria Ganhao at the C1 Broker offices in Almancil on May 10.
The event was described as a “celebration of art, creativity and culture.”
“We are very pleased to have hosted such a spectacular event in collaboration with Viktoria Ganhao. It is very important to support the arts in the Algarve,” said Susana Wichels, CEO of C1 Broker.
Among the guests were representatives from the Ukrainian and German embassies in Portugal, as well as Thomas Kaiser, Medical Director and Partner at FMC – Family Medical Centre Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, who gave a presentation on the “interplay between art and beauty.”
The vernissage also featured an exhibition of high-end car models from Belouracar, including the McLaren 570 S, Bentley Bentayga Hybrid, and Mercedes-Benz AMG GT C.
Viktoria Ganhao’s works will remain on display at C1 Broker’s offices in Almancil until July 10, and can be visited Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, or by appointment.
Born in Kyiv, Ukraine and living between Portugal and Spain, Ganhao is an artist whose works are “about abstract perception”.
“The abstract nature of her art invites the viewer to develop their interpretation of the work. Her painting process is intuitive, and she enjoys creative freedom in this way of working because she believes that art is about freedom,” says C1 Broker.
“Ganhao’s work has been shown internationally in numerous exhibitions and art fairs, featured in publications, and taken part in notable private and public collections worldwide,” it adds.
