A 30-year-old man is in a serious condition after the car he was driving left the Segunda Circular road in Lisbon and plunged eight metres off a viaduct into the middle of the Benfica road. The injured man was assisted by firemen and INEM. PSP officers are investigating. Miraculously, no one else was injured.
