Live music, revelry and musical fireworks show
Carvoeiro has announced a massive beachside party for New Year’s Eve which promises to attract scores of revellers to one of the Algarve’s most breathtaking spots.
The party promises to be an unforgettable night filled with live music, revelry and a dazzling musical fireworks show.
Festivities will begin when P*ta da Loucura will take the stage at the village’s famous beachside square at 11pm, bringing their irreverent mix of stand-up comedy and live music to Carvoeiro.
The duo will be followed by DJ Mojo, who promises to keep the party alive until 3am. Between the two performances, an impressive fireworks display synchronised with music is set to light up the sky and reflect on the sea at midnight.
The New Year’s event, which is free, is organised by the Lagoa and Carvoeiro parish council, with support from Lagoa municipal council and sponsorships by Carvoeiro Plaza Hotel, Villa Medici Italian House, Restaurante O Pátio and Levels Carvoeiro.
