Innovation and art were the driving forces behind the opening of the new space, which offers property brokerage, property management, and holiday rental services. In this home-focused setting, technology, the arts, and real estate come together to create an innovative environment in the heart of Lagos.
The company continues to focus on the Western Algarve, backed by an experienced team with in-depth knowledge of the local property sector.

The event brought together over 150 clients, partners, and local dignitaries, including the Mayor of Lagos, Hugo Pereira, the President of the Parish Council of São Gonçalo, Carlos Saúde, the President of the Municipal Assembly of Lagos, Maria Joaquina Matos, and the architect behind the interior design project, José Figueiredo de Almeida.
Music was provided by Lagos-born fado singer Marta Alves. Guests also enjoyed a selection of Algarve wines and canapés prepared by Mar d’Estórias.
