A Catholic Mass in English will be held this Sunday, October 20, at 4pm, at the Chapel of Our Lady of the Incarnation – Ermida da Nossa Senhora da Encarnação – on the cliffs above Carvoeiro.
The whole Mass will be in English: the readings, the hymns as well as the Order of Mass.
The celebrant will be Padre Nuno Coelho, the parish priest.
Everyone is most welcome even if you do not normally attend this church. Padre is keen to welcome Catholics from every country, of whatever language.
We have a retiring collection for the Lagoa Food Bank, who have over 100 families in need at this time. Please give generously.
There will be refreshments after Mass. All are welcome.
This Sunday mass is in addition to the regular Saturday evening Portuguese Mass in Carvoeiro at 5.30pm.
