There will be a collection for the Lagoa Food Bank
A Catholic Mass in English will be held this Sunday, November 17 at 4pm, at the Chapel of Our Lady of the Incarnation – Ermida da “Nossa Senhora da Encarnação” – located on the eastside cliffs above Carvoeiro.
The whole Mass will be in English: the readings, the hymns as well as the Order of Mass.
The celebrant will be Padre Nuno Coelho, the parish priest. Everyone is welcome even if you do not normally attend this church. Padre Nuno is keen to welcome Catholics from every country, of whatever language.
There will be a retiring collection for the Lagoa Food Bank, which presently supports over 100 families in need.
This Sunday Mass is in addition to the regular Saturday evening Portuguese Mass in Carvoeiro at 5.30pm.
