Chef Vincent Guimerà and chef João Viegas pay tribute to truffle

Truffle Week takes place from October 28 to November 1 at Vila Vita Parc

On October 29, Vila Vita Parc will host a four-hand dinner with chef João Viegas from the restaurant Atlântico and guest chef Vincent Guimerà from L’Antic Molí in Tarragona, Spain.

Says the resort: “This is an unmissable dining experience featuring the truffle, one of the most popular ingredients of all time.”

The dinner is the highlight of a week dedicated to the “uniqueness of the exotic truffle”, taking place at the Atlântico restaurant from October 28 to November 1, with a menu carefully prepared by chef João Viegas and his team for all lovers of this ingredient.

A pioneer of the Slow Food and Km0 movements, Vicent Guimerà’s L’ Antic Molí has held a Michelin Star since 2017 and a Green Michelin Star since 2020. With a cuisine centred on local and organic products, its philosophy is deeply committed to the region and its community, a similar direction that chef João Viegas has set out to follow at the helm of restaurant Atlântico.

The four-hand dinner will start at 7pm and the six-course tasting menu costs €170 pp, with the option of wine pairing for €75 pp. For the rest of the days, dinners will be à la carte.
