US citizens are reminded that, in order to vote via absentee ballot in the November Presidential elections, you will need to apply now for your absentee ballot. This is accomplished by filling out and sending in the Federal Post Card Application. The Federal Post Card Application can be obtained from the US Embassy in Lisbon (351 217 273 300) or on-line at www.fvap.gov.
