The Algarve Classic Cars event takes place between Friday and Sunday (July 12-14)
It’s almost time for the 31st edition of Algarve Classic Cars, which between Friday and Sunday (July 12-14) will bring countless vintage cars to the Algarve.
Organised by Portugal Classic alongside Clube Português de Automóveis Antigo (Portuguese Club of Classic Cars), the event will take place across the central and western Algarve.
The Algarve Classic Cars will begin on Friday (July 12) at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, with the opening of the secretariat at 10am, followed by the gathering of participants at 11am at the same venue. The Murganheira Stage will begin at 7pm, while the “Casino de Vilamoura” circuit will commence five minutes later.
The event continues Saturday (July 13), with the first stage of the day beginning at 9.30am, followed by a special test at the Algarve International Autodrome (AIA) in Portimão at 10.30am. The stage will end at noon in Lagos, where the second stage will start at 3.30pm. The Viborel Stage will start at 5.30pm, with the Opticália Circuit in Armação de Pêra beginning shortly after.
On the final day (July 14), the Centro Porsche Faro Stage will start at 9.30am, with a special test scheduled at Cerro de S. Miguel at 10.30am. The stage will include a passage through Loulé before concluding at the Centre Porsche Faro at 1pm.
The results will be revealed at 3.30pm, followed by an awards ceremony at 4pm.
