Climate protestors ‘turn off Christmas lights’ in Lisbon

Climáximo – the group of climate activists notorious for carrying out ‘actions’ in Lisbon – was busy over the weekend ‘turning off Christmas lights’ in various thoroughfares of Lisbon. The intention, says the group, was to “alert people to hear the most important message of this decade and enter into climate resistance”. The movement insists “They, the governments and companies, have declared war on society and the planet and each climate catastrophe is further proof of the abyss into which they are leading us”.
