Colourful mural to be unveiled at new Almancil pavilion

New pavilion was inaugurated last Sunday

A mural created by local artist Adérita Silva – who leads the popular Gallery Aderita Artistic Space at Vale do Lobo in collaboration with renowned urban artists SEN and SNIZ will be inaugurated at Almancil’s new 25 de Abril pavilion on Saturday, October 12 at 11am.

The artwork aims to convey the new venue’s dedication to sports and cultural activities.

The ‘Pavilhão Multiusos 25 de Abril’ boasts a modern sports complex and also houses the Almancil branch of the Loulé municipal library, “Casimiro de Brito.” The library features an exhibition hall, areas for children and adults, and a versatile black box space for concerts and film screenings.

The mural is displayed on the exterior of the pavilion, which was officially opened to the public just last Sunday. It has already been confirmed as the venue for the upcoming Iberian Festival Awards.
