Learn from the professionals at the latest series of cookery masterclasses led by the Michelin-trained chefs from gourmet private caterers Fine Dining in Style and Gisela’s Restaurante in Vale do Lobo.
There are eight masterclasses to choose from. Introductions over a glass of champagne and canapés at 10am are followed by four hours of demonstrations and hands-on experience to acquire new skills, together with a wine tasting class from the sommelier. At 2pm you will sit down to enjoy lunch and wine based on the morning’s class and skills. Classes finish at 4pm, and a recipe file and notebook are included for each participant.
The masterclasses are held at the Leiken Kitchen Showroom in Almancil.
The cost is €89 per person per class, which includes lunch and wine.
