National postal company CTT was due to present a Portuguese cookbook on October 2 at the Sousa Leal palace in Lisbon. The book, written in Portuguese and titled ‘Portugal Connosco – Receitas ao Balcão’, will mostly include recipes from Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, but also those submitted by locals, such as a recipe for sweet potato tart by Lagos resident Maria José Duarte, and a recipe for clam and pork cataplana, cooked in the traditional copper utensil, by Portimão resident Helena Rosado.
