PJ police are investigating the fatal cliff-fall of a 66-year-old Portuguese man in Praia da Rocha last week.
The man fell to his death from the Três Castelos look-out point above the beach. He suffered multiple injuries hitting rocks before dropping many metres onto the sand.
The man’s body was transported to Portimão hospital for autopsy. Foul play is not suspected, reports Correio da Manhã newspaper.
