The company
AIM Removals & Storage has roots in the Algarve going back a number of years. We have gained recognition by providing a professional and reliable service, and continuously moved forward to establish ourselves as the principal removal company in the Algarve.
The vehicles
We operate a range of modern vehicles for both local and long-distance removals, suited to areas that may have difficult access. All vehicles carry equipment for transporting and safe handling of pianos, bulky items and delicate furniture. All removals include standard blanket wrapping of every item.
Storage
The storage facility is located together with the office in Parque Industrial do Infante, Torre, Lagos. A modern security system linked to a monitoring service provides round-the-clock protection. Specially designed wooden storage containers ensure that the clients can rest assured their belongings are well looked after.
Worldwide
Worldwide shipping with recognised agents and destination agents, and customised crates for part LCL shipments or sole 20’ or 40’ containers. Air freight for smaller shipments and assistance with customs requirements is also available, and we offer door-to-door services.
Removal services
Offering transport service between UK and Portugal with our sister company Roy Trevor Ltd, based in Warrington. Brexit requirements for export/ import of personal items can be discussed. AIM Removals have been awarded membership of the BAR (British Association of Removers). European road transport services carried out by long-term partnerships with professional removal companies. In Portugal we offer our delivery/ unpack service to the same companies.
Packing and crating service
Packing is a major part of your move and it is essential that correct packing materials are used. When it comes to the protection of your belongings, AIM Removals & Storage will carry out a professional packing service to meet the clients’ individual requirements. When the packing begins you will find a team of experienced removal staff who will take pride in the careful handling of your valuable home contents. When special casing is required, a customised wooden crate can be provided for added protection of that special item. We also offer a comprehensive range of packing material for sale.
