A confrontation between two groups of youths at a fairground in Cascais on Monday night led to the fatal stabbing of a 19-year-old. Cedrick Monteiro was knifed in the neck during an argument over tokens for the dodgems at the Festa de Santo António in Tires, Cascais. His assailant, also aged 19, is reported to have handed himself in at the PSP police station in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
