A 47-year-old Dutch man died after falling from a cliff in Pesqueiros dos Caixões in Vila do Bispo.
The man was reportedly fishing with three friends at Praia da Barriga when he fell shortly before 8.30am on Sunday.
His body was found near rocks some time later.
