Ideias do Levante, the cultural association of Lagoa, will be presenting an Easter Recital on April 8 at Lagoa Auditorium from 5.30pm.
Three musicians, Carla Pontes (soprano), Francisco Brazão (bass-baritone) and Elena Tsouranova (piano), will take to the stage to interpret a repertoire based almost solely on sacred music, which includes work by Purcell, Pergolesi, Bach, Saint-Saëns, Vivaldi, Mendelssohn, Händel and Haydn.
Special guest, Sintia Duarte (soprano), will also make an appearance at the concert.
Ticket prices for the general public are €6, and €3 for Ideias do Levante members.
