The National Union of Civil Aviation Flight Personnel (SNPVAC) has said today that easyJet Portugal has cancelled more than half the flights scheduled for the three days of the cabin crew strike (August 15 to 17). This boils down to the airline dropping a total of 164 flights out of 308. EasyJet management has also said in a statement: “‘We are extremely disappointed with this unnecessary strike action, especially at this important time of year, since we have already presented solutions to address all the concerns raised by the union”.
