The University of Évora (UÉ) announced today that in the next academic year (2024-2025), it will offer a master’s degree in Bioarchaeology – unique in the Iberian Peninsula, which combines archaeology with ‘the precision of the biological and exact sciences’.
The new degree “has a significant practical component that allows students to interact more with real learning processes, covering all the situations faced by archaeological professionals in their fieldwork”, said Teresa Fernandes, the master’s degree coordinator, quoted UÉ’s press release.
