Faro and the University of the Algarve are hosting the H2O & Sustainability Summit 2024 on October 8 and 9. The two-day event, organised by the H2O & Sustainability Innovation Hub, will bring together leaders, experts, academics, and entity representatives from across the globe to discuss and investigate practical responses to current environmental challenges.
The conference will feature distinguished speakers discussing key issues in Water, Sustainability, Circular Economy, ESG linked to Technology, the Internet of Things, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and more.
The agenda features talks and forums designed to encourage cooperation and the exchange of ideas among individuals from diverse industries.
Topics covered will include sustainable water management, the role of water in security and defence strategies, sustainable energy solutions, the economic significance of water, environmental criminal activities, the transition to sustainable energy, and the use of artificial intelligence to combat climate and ecological challenges.
