A historic market held in Faro for the first time in the 13th century will be recreated between Friday and Sunday (May 26-28) at the town’s Espaço Muralhas.
Entitled ‘Mercado de Alcaçarias’, the event will take Faro 700 years back in time, with a wide range of entertainment, food, handicraft, antiques and regional products promised.
The event is free to visit and will be held from 6pm to midnight.
