Faro welcomes its first affordable housing project, which will enable the purchase of houses at prices below market values and target the middle to working-class population.
Promoted and financed by Santander, the development comprises 90 apartments, categorized as T1, T2, and T3, with prices ranging from €140,000 to €230,000. “The houses have all been assigned and are ready for occupancy”, stated the banking institution, highlighting a high demand, with approximately 1000 requests received.
“BeLiving homes adhere to a modern living concept that includes a sustainable, energy-efficient construction model (class A+) and LiderA certification, confirming a set of building sustainability principles,” emphasised Santander.
This is the first project of its kind in Portugal by the BeLiving brand, a part of GFH. However, there are plans to construct nine additional condominiums in the Algarve, Lisbon, and Porto metropolitan areas, with a total of over 1000 apartments.
In the Faro project, two works of art by a local artist are planned to enhance the quality and distinguish the entrance halls of the two buildings.
