Faro is due to have a new dog park in early December.
According to Bruno Lage, president of the Faro parish union, the 1,500sqm park is being built in Alto de Santo António near Rua de Berlim and will be designed to let dogs “exercise and have fun” in a controlled and closed environment.
Lage adds that more dog parks could be built if this one proves to be successful.
