Working well in advance, organisers of Lagoa’s popular FATACIL fair, commemorating 35 years in 2014, have announced a new “management model” for the event in a bid to make it more profitable for all.
To be held from August 15 to 24 next year, FATACIL will again aim to boast the best the country has to offer in terms of regional handicraft, tourism, agriculture, commerce and industry.
Luís Encarnação, president of Fatasul, organisers of the fair, said: “FATACIL, which is considered the largest and most prestigious entrepreneurial fair in the Algarve, is about to enter a new cycle, with renewed commercial dynamic for 2014.
This is the result of a profound restructuring of its management model, which aims to ensure the financial viability and sustainability of the fair in the future.”
Organisers hope to attract new exhibitors, sponsors and even a new audience, and to achieve this, they will work on rebranding the Fatacil image as well as invest in different marketing tools, “more creative and efficient”.
