FORD’S MARCUS Gronholm won the Finnish Rally for an unprecedented seventh time to extend his World Championship lead over great rival Sebastien Loeb to 13 point.
The French defending champion, whose season has failed to fire on all cylinders since demotion in the Algarve, crossed the line in third place.
