Five firefighters attached to Peso da RĂ©gua brigade, in Vila Real district, were hurt today as the heavy vehicle they were travelling in careered off the road en-route to a fire, and then overturned. It is unclear at this point whether the men were lightly, or seriously injured. The accident happened at 11am, as firefighters were responding to a call about a rural fire.
