With fuel prices increasing again due to the conflict in the Middle East, the department of energy and geology has created a site where people can check the prices at their nearest pumps. The reason is that irrespective of the market’s ups (and occasionally downs), the State is not in charge of the prices individual companies charge. Today (Monday) should see a two cent across the board increase in the cost of a litre of diesel and petrol, but some pumps may be charging more, others less. To know the picture, click here.
