LOCAL GASTRONOMY is the theme of an exhibition taking place in the Arquivo Municipal of Lagoa until July 26.
The initiative is part of a series of activities organised by Lagoa council and its schools in order to remember the past. The exhibition shows a rich and diverse sample of regional food including starters, soups, fish and meat dishes, desserts and regional liqueurs.
