A HOTEL in Australia has won the right to ban heterosexuals from coming to the premises to use the bars.
It is believed to be a first for the country and the staff at the Peel Hotel are thrilled. The ruling goes against equal opportunity laws but the owner of the hotel said it was necessary to provide a safe and non-threatening place for his customers to be themselves. The case was brought to court after the clientele complained to the management.
