Golf & Leisure, established for 12 years in the Algarve, has opened a new office in Almancil which has divided the company’s golf and property services into two separate stores.
“Although we have always been pleased with our year-on-year growth, there has been an element of confusion having the golf and property under the same roof,” said Geoff and Caroline Bacon, owners of the business.
“We are very excited about the prospect going forward of giving both elements of our business their own identity, but still maintaining our unique working partnership,” they added.
The couple also revealed that the new property, renovations and interior design office gives visitors the opportunity to view some of the interior options on offer.
Golf & Leisure Villas provides a “bespoke service, helping both owners and buyers with all property aspects, combining sales, renovation projects, interior design and holiday rentals.”
The golf shop has also undergone some changes. A “fantastic new putting green” has been installed by Grasshopper Greens, enabling clients to try the extensive range of quality putters and wedges before they buy.
“We feel we have covered most of the bases with the one stop golf shop and one stop property shop, and we would love to invite people down to see our new offices. Whether you are interested in property or golf, we are always happy to help.”
