Greece has thanked Portugal for accepting to receive 1,000 asylum-seekers who are currently staying in Greek camps under “precarious conditions”.
In an interview with RTP, Greek Minister for Social Protection Giorgius Koumoutaskis said the country is at its breaking point as it receives many more refugees than Italy, even though it “does not complain to Brussels” nearly as much.
