Experience includes masterclass and seven-course dinner
Wine enthusiasts and fine dining lovers are in for a treat as Gusto by Heinz Beck at Quinta do Lago’s Conrad Algarve resort prepares to host an exclusive wine masterclass and dinner on Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12.
This two-day experience is being promoted as a “celebration of premium wines and haute cuisine” which begins with a masterclass led by Filipe Teixeira Pinto, the esteemed winemaker from the Alentejo’s Herdade do Sobroso. The masterclass will allow guests to learn the “secrets and magnificence of the estate’s most iconic wines” while savouring a curated tasting of three wines paired with canapés.
As night falls, the spotlight turns to a bespoke seven-course dinner meticulously prepared by Chef Stefano Bulla. “Each dish is meticulously crafted to match the distinct character of the selected wines, celebrating the perfect matching of tradition and innovation that defines Heinz Beck’s culinary legacy,” organisers say.
Priced at €390 per person, the experience will run from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and includes both the masterclass and the premium wine-paired dinner. With limited availability, advance reservations are required.
