One of Portugal’s culinary delicacies, the snail, will be the star of a festival in its honour in Querença this weekend.
Visitors will be able to try a selection of dishes incorporating snails, visit a regional products and handicrafts fair and enjoy performances by Portuguese musicians.
Taking place in front of the church, the festival begins both days at 4pm.
Admission is free.
