AS CASCATAS, a five star development in Vilamoura well-known for its unique waterfalls, has celebrated its first anniversary.
Inaugurated in August, 2007, As Cascatas, with its 69 luxury apartments, registered higher than expected occupancy during its first year and has received guests from Portugal, the UK, Ireland and Northern European countries.
Marc Sontag, Director of Residential Tourism of the IMOCOM Group, which owns the resort, said: “Guests are ever more demanding and we are prepared to respond to their level of standards”.
As Cascatas was the first Algarve development for the IMOCOM Hotels and Resorts chain and this month the group has started receiving guests at its new residential property, Monte Santo in Carvoeiro.
