A new book on how to raise teenagers is now on sale. The Haynes’ Teenager Manual is being published by the company best known for motoring maintenance manuals.
The manual offers advice to parents on how to raise their teenagers and has been written by Dr Pat Spungin, the founder of www.raisingkids.co.uk.
“I hope it’ll help parents with plenty of practical tips on how to bring up teenagers”, says Dr Spungin, adding that, “so much of what we do at Raisingkids focuses on the teenage years and hopefully our experience translates well into what we hope is a fix-it book for parents of teenagers”.
