The environmental impact study (EIA) for the construction of an IKEA store and shopping centre in Loulé has received a “favourable” verdict albeit with some “constraints” from a commission of five representatives from regional and national top authorities.
Out of the total of 14 official entities asked to give their opinion about the study, none gave “unfavourable” feedback, according to regional development commission CCDR Algarve.
