Designed to give locals an opportunity to suggest projects that they think would change their town for the better, Lagoa’s ‘Orçamento Participativo’ is now open to votes.
Nine projects have been selected and can be voted for between August 1 and 31 at the parish councils of Ferragudo, Estômbar, Lagoa and Porches or at the Fatacil fair.
The council has around €300,000 to fund the winning projects.
