An online chat service to help locals with any questions they may have about Lagos council is now available at www.cm-lagos.com
Says the council, the chat service was launched to give locals another vehicle to have their queries answered without actually having to go to the town hall.
The chat cannot be used, however, to obtain information about matters such as project approvals.
