Le Mans returns to Portimão

The final round of the international series is back for a 4-hour race on October 16

The European Le Mans Series (ELMS) returns to the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão for the concluding round of 2022, the 4 Hours of Portimão, on October 16.

The ELMS was once again held in six rounds this year, each with a 4-hour race across Europe: France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal and, for the first time since 2013, Hungary.

The season started in April with the Official Tests and the first round at Le Castellet in France and will now culminate in Portimão.

Tests and qualifying rounds take place on October 14 and 15, with the 4-hour race starting on Sunday 16, at 14:00.

The 4 Hours of Portimão will be open to the public, and tickets are already on sale. The three-day passes cost €20 and the Sunday race ticket €15.
